Please note we require 1-3 business days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible! Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your region. Please also consider public holidays that may affect shipping.
Our Shipping Philosophy
At Kewevia, we celebrate discovery and global creativity. We also work with small vendors and artisans from around the world, and some products may ship directly from our overseas partners. As a result, delivery times may vary. All shipping timelines are guidelines only, exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship available items right away and send the rest as soon as they're in stock. So if you receive only part of your order, don’t worry — the rest is on the way!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking ID and a link to follow your package. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking info to become available. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
